| Returns & cancellation | Orders cannot be cancelled once paid. As this is a service, there are no returns. Before payment, you can decline the installation at no charge from the "if you do not want the installation" link in our e-mails. |
| Requirements / notes | The customer page works in a current browser on a smartphone or PC. The Starlink kit and subscription are bought from Starlink; we provide the installation. We drill into walls only if they are wood, reinforced concrete or steel, or if a document shows the wall contains no asbestos. |
